Delivery and Shipping Information
White Glove Delivery Service
Our professionally trained delivery team will assemble and place your furniture in the room of your choice as well as remove any leftover packaging and debris. This service includes furniture and larger décor; they do not hang mirrors, plug into, or wire into any electrical.
Scheduling Delivery
- You will be contacted within 3 business days of purchase with more details on the shipment time of your order. These times are approximations; delays like weather, etc., are out of our control.
- Delivery will occur once all of the items are received at our warehouse and inspected and are ready to ship. You will be contacted within 24 hours of completing the received invoice to schedule delivery.
Delivery Day
- An individual 18 years or older must be home to accept delivery and inspect your order.
- Furniture items will be carefully placed and assembled and the packing materials removed. (excludes lighting, mirrors, wall art)
- Items such as lighting, mirrors, wall art, vanities, and washstands will not be installed. Our delivery team is not permitted to install any electrical equipment or wall-mounted items.
Deliveries outside AZ, CA, CO, NM, NV, TX, and UT require custom quotes, and order subtotals must be $7,000 or more. Please contact us for details.

We know. And we love free stuff too. But here’s the thing: trucks aren’t free. Fuel isn’t free. Drivers aren’t free. And the person carrying your new sofa into your house definitely isn’t free.
So when you see “FREE DELIVERY,” ask one simple question: “Where did they put the delivery cost?” Usually, it’s built into the price of the furniture. That’s why we believe you should compare the total deal, not just the word “FREE.”
Look at the furniture price, quality, warranty, delivery, customer service, and what happens if your furniture
arrives damaged, or you need a replacement.
If another company can give you the same furniture, same quality, same service, and same delivery
for less than we can—BUY IT! Seriously. Then tell us where you found it, because we’d like to buy from them, too.

White Glove Delivery Rates
We have a minimum of $2,200.00 to get the standard rate; anything under is subject to a (Less Than Full Truck) rate. Because some areas have longer drive times, rates vary by state. We negotiated a flat delivery rate with 3rd parties outside our local distribution area. We will absorb some of the delivery cost based on order size. For all orders over $15,999.00, we discount the delivery fees.
