Human Rights and Ethical Sourcing Commitment

At Luxe Living we uphold the highest standards for human rights and international labor practices. We fully support the California Transparency in Supply Chain Act and other initiatives that eliminate illegal and unethical treatment of individuals, including slavery and human trafficking. Our Supplier Standards of Business Practice reflect this commitment and guide every sourcing decision.

Verification

As a condition of doing business, all suppliers must certify compliance with our Supplier Standards of Business Practice. These standards explicitly prohibit child labor, involuntary labor, and any form of human trafficking. Suppliers must also confirm adherence to applicable labor and employment laws.

Auditing

We review our Supplier Standards with every supplier and conduct periodic and unannounced inspections of facilities and factories to verify compliance. These audits focus on working conditions, labor practices, and adherence to our prohibitions on child labor and forced labor.

Certification

Suppliers are required to provide an annual certification that their products do not directly or indirectly rely on forced labor or human trafficking. Certification also affirms that supplier operations comply with all applicable laws and our ethical requirements.

Internal Accountability

All Luxe Living employees must comply with federal, state, and local laws and our internal policies. Any employee found to be involved in or complicit with human trafficking, slavery, or other prohibited practices will face disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Training

We train procurement and sourcing teams to verify supplier compliance with our standards, to identify red flags in the supply chain, and to respond promptly to concerns. Training emphasizes prevention, detection, and remediation of improper labor practices.

Corrective Action

If a supplier violates our standards, we will pursue corrective measures that may include remediation plans, suspension, or termination of the business relationship. We reserve the right to take any action necessary to protect workers and uphold our standards.

Ethical Partnerships and Marketing Standards

Luxe Living will not partner with companies that use misleading social media practices or that pay for influence from personalities whose conduct or messaging conflicts with our ethical and moral standards. We require transparency and integrity in marketing and will refuse relationships with partners who engage in deceptive promotion or who amplify messages that contradict our values.

Social and Political Conduct of Suppliers

We do not support suppliers who engage in social or political actions that contradict internationally recognized human rights standards. Suppliers are expected to respect human rights in their operations and public conduct. Actions or public positions by suppliers that undermine human rights or violate our standards will be reviewed and may result in termination of the relationship.

Safety and Environmental Standards

We require suppliers to operate in compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws. Our Supplier Standards promote safe workplaces and responsible environmental stewardship as part of ethical sourcing.

Continuous Improvement

Luxe Living is committed to continuous improvement in supply chain transparency and ethical sourcing. We will update our policies and practices as needed to reflect evolving best practices and legal requirements.

Contact: Suppliers or partners with questions about our standards or reporting concerns should contact our compliance team for guidance and next steps.
